World of Warcraft Annual Pass
I was trying to get the World of Warcraft Annual Pass. I’ve tried for two days.
Why do I want the annual pass? Well because of Tyrael’s Charger of course!
So, I sent a support ticket in to WOW. In less than 24 hours I got a response that said something was up with my parental controls and to give them a call.
So I did. Something was indeed up with the parental controls – why I don’t know. This was fixed in about 2 minutes. Have to wait for the ride though – up to 3 days. NOOOO! Lol!
I just love great support. They’re great in game as well.
Here’s the thing with the World of Warcraft Annual Pass, and why it pays off to read the fine print.
When I first read about it I was under the impression that you had to sign up and pay for a year. While I would love to do this, moneywise it’s just not feasible right now. So I dismissed it and didn’t give it another thought.
We got to talking about it this week with the new patch being released and seeing the new mount, which is so purty. So I looked it up again and discovered….you don’t have to pay a year for the World of Warcraft Annual Pass, you simply have to commit for a year. You can keep your current subscription plan, whether it’s the one month deal or 3 month deal. You also have to have a credit card on file, and if you don’t right this second, all you need to do is add one.
If you sign up with the Warcraft Annual Pass you get:
Diablo III – Free copy
World of Warcraft Expansion (I assume Mists of Panderia) entrance guaranteed. What I don’t know is if you just get an entry, and you get selected to play the beta too.
