If you want to use a banner that stretches across the screen, then you’ll need to use an image that is 2000 x 200 and upload via the background utility.

If you want to use the small banner, you’ll need to use an image that is 320 x 120 and upload via the header utility.

The Beautiful Theme looks great on mobile devices too.

The Beautiful WordPress theme picks up all of your widgets in the primary sidebar. You can leave them or move them around however you like.

You need to write a “welcome” message (using text a text widget) and put this in the Welcome Message widget if you want to use it. It will be visible on the first page only.

Four plugins are recommended for the Beautiful Pro theme

  • Genesis – eNews Extended
  • Simple Social Icons
  • Genesis Latest Tweets
  • Instagram Image Gallery

You don’t HAVE to use these if you don’t want to or you have plugins in use that you’re already attached to, and you think they look ok when you use them with the Studiopress Beautiful Pro theme.

If you want to use ads on the split sidebar area (left) 125 x 125 is the size needed.

Bottom sidebar is where the Instagram widget is recommended.

Don’t forget about the footer widgets as well.
